1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or customer preference.
2. EXCEPTIONS — DEFECTS & TRANSIT DAMAGE
Refunds or replacements may be considered solely at our discretion in the following cases:
- Proven manufacturing defects — structural or material faults originating from production.
- Damage during transit — damage that occurred while the product was being shipped, supported by courier documentation.
3. HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
- Any claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims must include clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
- Email your claim to john@johngreenhouse.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and any associated fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
6. IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS
All import duties, VAT, customs fees, and brokerage fees remain the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused or not cleared through customs, no refund will be issued.
