• 7.3 You may disable One-Click Payment at any time via your account settings.

8. SHIPPING, IMPORT & CUSTOMS DUTIES

• 8.1 Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• 8.2 All import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• 8.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.
• 8.4 If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay import duties, or does not clear customs, the shipment may be returned or destroyed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• 9.1 All sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
• 9.2 We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or customer preference.
• 9.3 Refunds or replacements may be considered solely at our discretion in cases of:
  • Proven manufacturing defects; or
  • Damage occurring during transit, supported by courier documentation.
• 9.4 Any claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.
• 9.5 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and associated fees.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless John Greenhouses, part of JSC PAJI PLATFORMS, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and John Greenhouses, part of JSC PAJI PLATFORMS, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

21. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

22. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
